What is Cellular respiration?
Cellular respiration:
The energy is released when cells use oxygen to break down sugars in the process of cellular respiration.
Cellular respiration occurs in the mitochondria. 
Oxygen combines with sugars to release the energy your body uses to do work.
During cellular respiration, plant and animal cells produce carbon dioxide and water as waste products.
