Exercise 2: 

The anti-globalization movement is an effort to oppose aspects of the current process of globalization. In your opinion, why do we have such a movement, and what are the reasons to oppose globalization?

Globalization aims at integrating different cultures and societies in addition to the economy. Such integration might expose people to various customs and traditions that might not be acceptable in their own cultures. Such a fact will lead to many clashes. In terms of economy, countries will also be affected since this movement will give more chances for import of products that might be already produced by a certain country. This will affect the economy negatively. This is why there are people who are opposing the idea of globalization.
